Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

About the Role:
TiE Chandigarh is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen engagement with members, startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of member satisfaction, handling queries, supporting membership growth, and managing communications in alignment with TiE’s mission to foster entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Member & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and sponsors
  • Address queries from startups, mentors, and members professionally and promptly
  • Assist in onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey
  • Database & Record Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of members, partners, and program participants
  • Regularly update contact details, engagement history, and feedback in CRM tools
  • Track renewals, send reminders, and support membership retention efforts
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Share program updates, invitations, newsletters, and announcements with members
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and event promotion
  • Gather feedback from members post-events and share insights with the team
  • Event Support & Participation:
  • Assist in organizing networking events, mentoring sessions, and outreach activities
  • Provide on-ground support during events and ensure a positive experience for attendees
  • Serve as a point of contact for member-related logistics
  • Outreach & Growth Support:
  • Help identify potential members and partners by leveraging networks and referrals
  • Support membership campaigns and outreach efforts across digital and offline channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for content creation and promotional materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship, community management, or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations and relationships effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferre
